With a pan-Maharashtra presence, Govind Milk wanted to go for a packaging uplift for their milk and dairy products to counter competitive brands, which were getting more attention from consumers across markets. Looking at their unique legacy of popular products manufactured on extraordinary scales, deploying avant-garde technology and served with efficiency across markets, we found that 360-degree creative branding work would help Govind Milk take on the competition and become a ‘Good Morning’ brand for urban households. We decided to use the launch of their latest product Flavoured Milk as the vehicle, occasion and springboard to transform their image of a small-cities player to a modern national brand.
